By booking a service, purchasing a product, or interacting with saintt salon , you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee or forfeit any deposit.

  • No-shows may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

  • Arriving late may shorten your service time
    48 HOURS NOTICE: RESCHEDULE FREE

  • UNDER 48 HOURS: DEPOSIT FORFEITED

  • NOW SHOW: FULL SERVICE COST CHARGED
     

2. Deposits
Some appointments require a deposit, which will go toward the final service total. Deposits are non-refundable 
3. Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for services, but we’re committed to your satisfaction—please contact us within 7 days if you’re unhappy.

  • Retail products may be exchanged if unopened and returned within 14 days.

  • Digital products (e.g. education content) are non-refundable.

** Please note that our price guide displayed on the website are subject to change without notice, at our discretion. The prices displayed are a guide- Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service requirements.
4. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years and are non-refundable.

  • Promotions are subject to change and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Digital Product Use
Any downloads or educational material you purchase are for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour or health risks.
